Though I am not in-network with any insurance company, my billing team can often get part or even all of my fee covered by insurance, even without out-of-network benefits. Gynecology, Fertility, and Abortion Care

All fees are determined on a sliding scale based on total household income. I do not accept insurance but can provide an invoice to submit for reimbursement. All lab work and prescription medications will be billed directly to insurance.

Annual Gyn Wellness Visit (new client) $175 – $350

Annual Gyn Wellness Visit (existing client) $125 – $300

Focused Gyn Visit (STI testing, Birth Control, Vaginitis etc) $100 – $250

Preconception/ Holistic Fertility/ IUI Counseling  $200 – $400

Intrauterine Insemination $300 – $600

Medication abortion $200- $500
